Workout Sessions in the Workplace: A Study of Delhi NCR
Abstract
The study investigates the impacts of working out at work on many elements of employees' health, engagement, and productivity to address the growing concern about the negative effects of sedentary lifestyles on workplace productivity and employee health. The study combines tests, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with other quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to produce its conclusions. Combining primary data from previous research with secondary data from well-structured questionnaires yields a thorough understanding of the subject issue.
The stratified random sample approach focuses on the workforce in Delhi's National Capital Region (NCR), a booming economic region. The study determined that 400 workers would be a suitable sample size using Cochran's formula to ensure that the results are trustworthy and applicable to different contexts. Excel and SPSS are used in statistical analysis to perform measures such as mean, standard deviation, regression, and correlation. These techniques enable a comprehensive examination of the relationships between workplace fitness programs and employees' health, satisfaction, engagement, and productivity.
